Handle with part of a data sheet on R: data.frame()
Today I’ll deal with a basic step on R. Frequently after load a data sheet with many variables (columns) on R you need to cope with some of those variables rather than the whole data sheet. There is a function in R called data.frame() that is just what you gonna need for this.
For example: If you need to create a new vector with three variables of a data sheet you can handle this way:
now you can proceed with the analysis you need.
Soon I’ll give you a example that uses this function to estimate animals home ranges by using adehabitatHR package.
Hope to help you
